Motiva provides everyday encouragement and reflection. It is not a medical service, therapy, professional advice, or an emergency service. Fixed support text may suggest contacting a trusted person or local emergency services, but Motiva cannot detect every crisis or contact emergency services on your behalf. If you may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services now.
You are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use Motiva for personal, non-commercial use.
The Motiva application, branding, and original interface are provided by SmartAlpha. Quotations and other third-party materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. AI-generated content is provided for personal encouragement; Motiva does not guarantee its originality, accuracy, or suitability. You may use Motiva’s sharing feature to share a card without including your private input.
Motiva Pro is offered as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription. The localized price and billing period are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Unless cancelled, a subscription renews through Apple according to the terms shown at purchase. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple subscription settings. Billing, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple.
Free users can request up to 10 personalized cards per UTC day. Motiva Pro provides up to 100 personalized cards per UTC day, shared across devices that restore the same subscription. Generation is also subject to service availability.
Motiva and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, repetitive, or unsuitable for a particular situation. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular result, or the accuracy of any content.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SmartAlpha is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Motiva. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
We may revise these Terms periodically. Updates take effect upon posting.
